Welcome to Merge✧. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Merge✧ WordPress plugin ("the Plugin"), a software-as-a-service product designed to integrate Gravity Forms with GoHighLevel. By using or subscribing to the Plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable laws and regulations.
1. License Grant and Scope
- Upon subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Merge on an unlimited number of WordPress websites.
- You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Plugin without express written consent.
- Use of the Plugin is limited to lawful purposes and must not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
2. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellations
- Merge✧ is offered on a month-to-month subscription basis through Stripe.
- Your subscription will renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information. Failure to do so may result in suspension of your access.
- All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide partial refunds for canceled subscriptions.
- Cancellation may be initiated at any time and will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Access and Availability
- An active subscription is required for continued access to the Plugin and its features.
- If your subscription lapses, all Plugin functionality—including form-to-CRM syncing—will be disabled.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Plugin with notice, without liability.
4. Data Privacy and Handling
- Merge✧ does not collect, store, or process end-user form data.
- All data entered through Gravity Forms is transmitted securely to GoHighLevel via encrypted HTTPS requests.
- We do not maintain access to any form submission content.
5. Intellectual Property
- Merge✧ and all related materials, including software, branding, documentation, and design elements, are the exclusive intellectual property of the Plugin creator.
- You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any portion of the Plugin outside of the intended use.
6. Updates and Modifications
- Active subscribers will receive all Plugin updates, including security patches, performance improvements, and new features.
- We reserve the right to release updates at our discretion and recommend you keep the Plugin up to date for optimal functionality.
7. Support
- Support is provided via email for active subscribers only.
- We aim to respond to support inquiries within 1–2 business days but do not guarantee resolution times.
- Support is limited to installation, setup, and troubleshooting related to the Plugin.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- The Plugin is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- We disclaim any warranties including, but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or revenue arising out of your use of the Plugin.

We are not responsible for any failures or issues arising from your web hosting environment, including but not limited to PHP version compatibility, server permissions, third-party plugin conflicts, or misconfigurations in your WordPress setup.
9. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Plugin if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful use.
- Termination will not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio(OH), United States Of America(USA).
- Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Ohio(OH), United States Of America(USA).
